Withdrawal=Peace? I don't think so.

More events that contradict the popular saying that a military withdrawal equals to peace.

I know how many "peaceniks" are claiming that a US military withdrawal from Iraq would end up being a good thing for the Iraqi people. However:

Remember how Israel withdrew from Gaza last summer?
Remember how many claimed that this would mean less terror and more power to the so-called "moderates"?

Well the events in Israel are not exactly giving that assumption any leg to stand on:

I enjoy reading your blog. You are very impressive. It's rare to meet an Arab who doesn't want to wipe Israel out. I wish there were more like you. Thanks.

Please help diffuse about the Tunisian hunger strikers.
http://www.plmonline.info/id60.html

They claim freedom of press, freedom of association and the liberation of political prisonners.

Bring your support by diffusing widely.

Actually they are at their 13th day.

I think people must be willfully blind to think terrorists want peace. They have proved they are out to prevent it too many times. Why should they want peace? That would take away their reason to exist. It would end their power and influence. They need a bogeyman to pretend they're protecting people from. We see the same thing in activist causes. After they have won, they continue blocking all progress just to "justify" their continued existence by making it seem as though there's still some evil out there to fight. When is the Palestinian street going to get a clue?
